The Stand
- By far the greatest thing he has ever written. It is just epic.

Needful Things
- It was my first King novel and I have been hooked ever since. There is just so much happening in this book. And there is something definitely terrifying about someone knowing your inner-most desire and using it against you. A Must Read!

The Stand
- Loved both editions. And have the movie version on tape and watch it every now and then still.

The Stand
- This is probably the finest suspense book I have ever read as it grabs you from the get-go and never lets go until the very last page - hard on the arms as this is a large book - and darn well worth it!

The Long Walk
- Released under his pseudonym Richard Bachman, The Long Walk drags you into a future seemingly not so different than ours. 100 male teenagers chosen at random (after they pass the physical and written test of course) start out on The Long Walk. Every walker gets three warnings, then he gets a ticket. My personal favorite of all of Stephen Kings works as well as one of his earliest works. GET THIS BOOK!

The Shining
- This is The Scary Movie! I've read the book numerous times, and watch the movie once every winter! Whenever we reach that point in winter when the wind is howling and the windows are iced shut! Nothing like this book. Second choice is the Talisman!

The Green Mile
- I worked in Victoria's Secret when I read this book. I couldn't put it down. I kept it in my apron to get an extra sentence or two in when I could. And, when King had me crying my eyes out, I hid between the boxes of underwear so I could read undisturbed. For better or worse, The Green Mile and Victoria's Secret will forever be connected in my mind. Also, The Colorado Kid -- it kept me up at night.

From a Buick 8
- I loved this book. It is written very old school King. The book had a lot of humor. I am trying to read all of Stephen King's books, I enjoy the way he spins a tale.
